How to gain back your energy when you're mentally and physically exhausted
We all get exhausted sometimes.
Anyone who has a low energy day may feel drained, exhausted, and lacking the energy they need.
But here's the thing: those low energy days remind us that we are all human beings.
You can't go at 100% all the time; that's not what humans are meant to do.
When you're feeling mentally exhausted, the key is to recognize it.
Acknowledge your energy levels.
If you try to ignore it, you're not addressing the main issue, which is the need to recharge.
There are simple things you can do to regain your energy:
Sleep or rest
Drink water
Eat nutritious food
Get early morning sunlight
Exercise
The lesson here is to prioritize your human biological needs.
When I'm tired, I don't try to push through it.
I'm looking at these five things above to recharge.
Once it’s done, I’m ready to go again.
